DO YETI RESCUES™ ITEMS INCLUDE A WARRANTY?

The standard YETI™ Warranty is not included on YETI RESCUES™ and all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and a great customer experience. If you don't receive your purchase please contact us immediately.

DO YETI.COM DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONS APPLY TO YETI RESCUES™ PRODUCTS?

WHAT IS THE FINAL SALE POLICY?

All YETI RESCUES™ sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and a great customer experience. If you don't receive your purchase please contact us immediately.

WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Access your order status in Track Your Order, and input your last name, order confirmation number, and the shipping address ZIP Code. All orders ship via UPS. When your order arrives, open the package to ensure you have received all the items. For any missing items, please contact us immediately.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

You can change or cancel your order up until your payment is processed. To change your order contact support@yetirescues.com. Once your YETI RESCUES™ order has begun processing, it cannot be canceled.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

You can make changes to your delivery address up until your order has shipped. To change your order contact support@yetirescues.com. Once your YETI RESCUES™ order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All YETI RESCUES™ sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and a great customer experience. If you don't receive your purchase, please contact us immediately.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver to all 50 States in the USA, excluding APO/FPO Addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. International shipping is not available at this time.

YETI RESCUES™ includes 100% functional product that has made its way back to us and is ready to be put back to use. Some examples are returns, exchanges, or product used for internal purposes.

HOW OFTEN IS INVENTORY REFRESHED?

Products are updated daily.

CAN I SIGN UP TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS WHEN CERTAIN PRODUCTS ARE ADDED TO THE SITE?

We do not have the ability to notify you when products are added to the site.

CAN I SEE A PICTURE OF WHAT I AM ACTUALLY GOING TO GET?

We do not have images of the actual product that you are going to receive, but you can refer to the Condition Guide for the description of each product grading.
